Description
A few years ago, I found myself as a new Director of Rehab struggling to explain to residents and staff in a retirement community exactly what each therapy could do for them, and how they differ from wellness services already offered. From that struggle came the "Buzz Words." I made it simple so that people of all ability levels could comprehend. We were able to eliminate the word exercise used rehab instead. With a group effort, the rehab caseload grew significantly!
