Reflection on Mastery

This is a one page word document guiding students through the process of reflecting on their grades and mastery of the content standards.

I have used this with my previous school with my Title 1 students to celebrate their growth throughout the year, and now I use this with my current students to help students and parents understand the correlation between standards based grading and the mastery levels they are showing through their work.

We use this Grade Reflection Assignment every four weeks as a journal prompt, but I'm posting it as a word document, so please feel free to make it your own!
