Recorder Goodies: Letters and Organization Forms

Need somethings to save time during your recorder unit? Look no further! All documents in this product are editable! Anything you may need to change is highlighted in yellow for easy customization. Something else wonderful about this product is that all of the parent letters come in both English AND Spanish.

This is what you can look for:
-Parent/Introduction Letter (In English and in Spanish)

-Recorder Order Form (English and Spanish)

-Order/Money Form Tracking Sheet

-Attendance Tracking sheet (my kids take their recorders home to practice. I use this log to keep track of who remembers to bring them back for class. It is also a portion of their grade. However, this can work as just a typical attendance log too!)

-Student Song Record Log- this is where you can keep track of students song test scores, what students have past what songs, and songs that still need to be learned and tested.


Before purchasing, please realize that this product is editable so that it can be personalized for YOUR classroom. This product is an excellent template and starter; however, you will have to spend some work to insert some little details. It won't be perfect for you "as is" but is still a HUGE time saver and exceptional organizational tool. :) Please let me know anything you would like to see added!
