Use these contracts as an intervention activity, conference guide, discipline plan, and general documentation for next steps between conflicting students. Help students articulate the nature of their strained relationships and fully understand their boundaries and next steps in order to keep peace! When they understand how to have complicated relationships peacefully, they can function in both the learning environment and real life! Relationships are hard, but we must be able to navigate them!
