Description
Have your students ever asked "Where am I ever gonna use this in real life?". Well, they'll be able to answer that questions after doing this assignment. In this assignment, students will research the math topic in depth including the mathematician who discovered it, where it is used in real life and how. This is great for an end of year, end of the quarter or extra credit assignment or just for a break in the action. Included in this 6 page packet are instructions/description of assignment for the teacher, a student instruction page, 2 page assignment page and rubric for easy grading.
