What educators are saying

These make my reading skills planning a breeze. I love that everything is organized and ready to go.
I really liked this bundle. These video lessons and the slides that match are very helpful and something I plan to continue using.

    Description

If I had to choose the product line of mine that is the most helpful for teachers in this digital age, it would be a tie between my Google Forms™ quizzes and THIS bundle of video introduction lessons and digital companion activities for all of your reading skills. These lessons and activities are great for both virtual learning and in-person, whether you have 1-on-1 devices, electronic centers, or use them for whole-class instruction.

From fact and opinion, making inferences, figurative language, nonfiction text features, context clues, and more, this bundle truly will help you introduce every reading skill all year long AND allow students to show you exactly what they learned from that video.

The videos and activities are designed around 3rd and 4th grade reading standards and this age level's abilities, but many 2nd and 5th grade classrooms have enjoyed using them as well!

***If you've already bought my HUGE Digital Bundle of Reading Activities, then you already own this product!***

Each of the skills below includes a Google Slides™ file with an animated video introduction lesson (ranging from 4-9 minutes each). These videos were created by me and are truly a labor of love.

***Quick note: if you've already purchased one or more of the products included in this bundle, you can get your money back! First, buy this bundle. Then, use the Contact Us link at the bottom of nearly any TpT web page to ask for a refund for the smaller pieces of the bundle you've bought! This will need to be done within 1 year of the purchase of the smaller products. Email me at mrsstewartin3rd@gmail.com if I can help clarify anything, but just know that TpT is the one that handles refunds, not me!***

After watching the video, students will complete an interactive Google Slides™ activity that has them practice exactly the same skill as the video taught. Some of the activities are sorting/matching, some are solving puzzles, scavenger hunts, and more. Click on some of the included products above to find out more details about each one!

Also, make sure to try out a FREE full week of digital reading activities on Sequencing (including one of these video introduction lessons/activities!)

    Skills included:

    • Author's Purpose
    • Compare & Contrast
    • Cause and Effect
    • Character, Setting, and Plot
    • Context Clues

    • Figurative Language (2 videos/activities!)

If you're interested in even more made for digital reading activities, be sure to check out my biggest bundle yet....it contains 100 different activities from Google Slides™ and Google Forms™ quizzes!

***IMPORTANT: A few teachers have had trouble with their students not being able to access the videos. This is because of individual districts' IT settings, not anything I have any control over. I have however included directions for a workaround in the product file. The problem is that some districts' IT settings require video (and audio) files to originate from INSIDE the district. I have included a tutorial for how to get around this! Just a few simple steps that I have outlined for you fully!***
