Description
Bonjour! This Reading Intervention package is designed for use in grade 1 early French immersion.
It can be used in 2 ways:
- to support struggling beginning readers, the package can be used during small group instruction in the classroom, or can be sent home for extra practice to be done with parents or with a tutor. I have included detailed instructions to support parents when using this resource with their children, as well as a list of suggested activities for practicing sight words.
OR
- can be used early in the school year as part of your regular literacy program, to front-load your students with 70 high frequency "sight" words commonly found in beginner level French texts.
In this package, you will find:
- Detailed instructions for use
- Suggested activities
- Word list
- 70 flash cards
- 70 cloze cards (missing letter)
- 59 letter tiles
