    Contents:

Google Docs - ideal for in-class learning.

    • This is editable and remains similar in appearance to the PDF version.
    • Writing sections have fillable boxes, multiple choice questions can be completed by highlighting a letter or anyway you please.
    • Easy to share on Google Classroom or with a link. Best way is to share the master version and for every student to open it. Clicking File and then 'make a copy' will send a version to their own Google Drive ready to edit.

Google Forms - ideal for homework.

    • This is self-grading and fillable.
    • Students DO NOT need Google Drive to open it and works well on mobile devices.
    • Some questions will be starred(*) meaning this is a writing task and will need to be checked by the teacher. Manual grading tasks are made simple by the question section on the response screen. Sample answers will appear and you can manually mark the answer correct or incorrect. The vast majority of questions are self-grading.
    • Students can get their results immediately and teachers can check a whole range of analytics on all answers/students thoroughly on the form response screen.
    • Some questions will be in a different format to Google Docs version to suit self-grading capabilities.
    • Each question worth 5-10 points. Scores can be downloaded to a spreadsheet to access easier (check preview to see options for this).
    • You have a whole range of notification settings available. From receiving emails when students respond, to students receiving copies of their answers by email.

    • You will receive an editable version of the docs versions.
