This was a great resource for an easy before break activity. The kids liked getting to pick a part and "reherse" before standing in the front of the room to perform. I even was able to extend this by having them draw a background scene on the board and performing for the class next door.
Description
The following Reader's Theatre is an original I made for my classroom. My students love doing these for each other and reading them in our small groups.
There are 6 characters in this story:
Easter Bunny
Narrator
Mrs. Hopper
Lucky Leprechaun
Tooth Fairy
Santa
This is a silly story about the Easter Bunny running out of time and needing help from his friends to finish decorating all the Easter Eggs.
Copies are black and white and also I have made copies in color (highlighted) . I have provided a copy of each characters reading page highlighted for faster set up/use. It's just as easy to print out the black and white version and highlight each character part on your own (save on color ink).
