It tells the story of Jimmy who lacks confidence and gets into trouble - with terrible consequences. The play works really well as a powerful visual performance using relevant musical extracts selected by the teacher and mime or slow-motion action as part of the presentation. The play script can also be used as a prompt for discussions on self-confidence, following the crowd and how our decisions have consequences for ourselves and others. It would work really well as a 'cautionary tale' play performed to younger students in High School.
