Reader's Theater: Famous Ohio Inventors! (intermediate leveled reading scripts)

Help bring Ohio Social Studies and the topic of famous inventors alive for students with this intermediate leveled reader’s theater! This fast moving, entertaining script introduces 7 famous inventors and their well-known innovations. Mnemonic devices and little tricks are provided throughout this 7 page play to help students make connections between key names and events. This original play contains 18 parts featuring various reading levels to ensure whole class participation, differentiation, and engagement. Also included are fun nametags for the inventor contestants and a hint sheet for every student on how to connect each inventor with their famous innovation. Students will integrate important Social Studies concepts with key LA common core standards such as fluency and expression. This original play provides a rich and meaningful activity for students in the intermediate grades.
