What educators are saying

As a teacher with 4 separate preps, this response journal was highly engaging and thorough. Thank you so much!
My students loved using this resource with their novels! It was nice because it works well with any novel and I don't have to prep anything. Thank you!

Description

This product is 50-slide Google Slideshow/ Digital Notebook that contains 50 prompts to respond to a piece of literature. Students can type directly into the slides to respond to the questions. These also make great bell-ringer activities during the regular school year for any novel unit.

The 50 journal prompt style activities ask students to complete various tasks from creating a poster for the book using Canva.com, putting their characters in hypothetical situations to respond, and, of course, analyzing the text for various literary techniques and devices from theme to style to setting and conflict.

This reader response bundle of prompts can be used as a digital journal and can help students interact with any novel-- whether they are reading in class or outside of class!
