Description

This activity pairs well with students learning about the nervous system and its function. This lab is intended to demonstrate the fact that there is a day between sensory input and an action. Students will use meter sticks and try to stop them from falling as quickly as possible. Students will be able to recognize the difference of reaction time based on what type of sensory input they receive.
