What educators are saying

I used this as a large group (75 kids - k to 4) activity to promote kindness in our school. It was awesome as they loved the idea of being secret agents and no other incentives were needed to play.

Description

Send your students on a secret mission to help teach them about random acts of kindness! This Random Acts of Kindness Challenge assigns each student a friend for the week. They will complete random acts of kindness while keeping it a secret!

At the beginning of the week, give the students their secret mission. The students will be assigned another student in the class for whom to perform random acts of kindness. They record their act each day and then reveal their identity at the end of the week. It is great to do during Thanksgiving and Christmas time! The kindness challenge helps students gain a true understanding of the importance of being kind.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • Letter to the secret agent explaining their mission
  • List of possible acts of kindness
  • Secret mission report to record their acts of kindness
  • Kindness Note Templates (students can write kind notes for their secret friend)
  • Compliment Cards (students can color and give them to their secret friend)
