RUBY BRIDGES BIOGRAPHY ACTIVITIES: 3 Hands-On Projects / Bulletin Board

A ready-to-go, time-saving project! Students will love researching and reporting on the heroic life of Ruby Bridges as they construct one of three different hands-on projects—an agamograph, a circle book, or a big galoot. Students can create all three projects, or you can add variety to the class’s reports by assigning different projects to different students. These projects make it easy to include art and hands-on learning in your classroom, and they make a vibrant bulletin board display.

These ready-to-go projects work well with units that focus on the Civil Rights Movement, Black History Month, or Women's History Month.
