RBT® Supervision Hours Tracker - ABA Therapy - Behavior Technician Fieldwork Log

If you are a Registered Behavior Technician® in need of a template to track your monthly hours, this resource is for you! This is a Google Sheet™ in which RBTs® can input and organize all therapy and supervision hours to ensure they are adhering to certification standards!

What's Included:

• Enter therapy activity descriptions & start/end times of each session: total monthly hours will update automatically!
  
  
• Enter any time periods that were supervised, and your total supervision hours will calculate, as well as your monthly percentage of supervised hours. This will help you identify at a glance if you have reached your required 5% of supervised hours!
  
  
• Additional columns allow you to enter:
  
  ✎ Format of supervision (in-person vs online)
  ✎ Supervision type (individual vs group)
  ✎ Whether or not the supervisor observed the trainee with clients
  ✎ Summary of supervision activity

Easily ensure you are reaching all monthly requirements as per certification guidelines!

• The table on the right will provide not only all monthly totals, but also will automatically check off and light up green when each monthly requirement is met (Including: 5% of hours supervised, at least observation with client, minimum of 2 face-to-face contacts with supervisor, and a minimum of one of those face-to-face contacts being individual, not group).
  
  
• An EXAMPLE tab is filled in so that you can view a snapshot of what a completed month looks like. Keep the BLANK tab blank so that you always have a blank master copy to work with. Duplicate the BLANK tab for each new month to enter in your own fieldwork experience information!
