Directions
- Start with the warm-up to get the students ready to think critically, we like to
encourage class discussions.
- Slides 10-14: Analyzing Vietnam War Protest Songs… Students will listen to three
Vietnam War protest songs. (Draft Dodger Rag By Phil Ochs, Eve of Destruction by Barry McGuire and Fortunate Son by Creedence Clearwater Revival) Students will follow along with the lyrics and then fill out the graphic organizer that goes with each song.
