What educators are saying

This activity was great to use with my group of students! I found this activity easy to use and the students thought it was incredibly engaging!
I really enjoyed using this. I actually used it as an extra credit assignment and most of the students really enjoyed it.

Description

No thematic unit on the Constitution is complete without a discussion of the Bill of Rights.

For this project, students will create a describing each amendment in the Bill of Rights. Each section (10) of the poster will include 4 different elements. The project is intended to be completed in groups of 2. Illustrations are to be drawn by hand and colored.

These guidelines are intended to be used in conjunction with my PowerPoint presentation on the Bill of Rights. However, in the event an instructor wishes to skip the PowerPoint, I am offering them here separately. The zip file includes both a rubric and a PPT containing examples of completed projects.
