Professional Evaluation and Evidence Binder for Secondary Media Specialists
Updated to include a version with popular Melonheadz clipart! The original version is still included. If you have previously purchased this product, please download again to receive the Melonheadz version at no charge!.
This packet contains 4 different binder covers and spines, dividers, sample evidence/artifact ideas, a “Proficient vs. “Distinguished” comparison chart and a PowerPoint version of the evidence/artifact logs. This part is editable so that you can add your own text. Please note that I cannot include an editable version of the entire packet due to clip art terms of use.

My state requires a Domain 5 “Student Growth” goal, so I included a divider for it. I don’t have a sample for a Domain 5 goal yet, but I may include one at a later time.
The sample evidence/artifacts are just IDEAS. I couldn’t find a lot out there to support the library media specialist rubric in terms of sample evidence so I started to create lists to help me. You may think of some other good ones to include!
