The printable version is a game that will require your students to get rid of all the cards in their hand! You will print the 50 picture cards and 35 calling cards to use. You will deal out all the cards to as many players as you have. You will draw a "calling card" (describing word) and read it aloud. Students will study their pictures and determine if they have a card that fits that description that they can slap down on the table. You will discuss each card played and determine if it fits or not. If it fits you will remove them from play. If it doesn't that play must put that card back in his hand to try to play later. The first person to get rid of all his cards is the winner!
The Boom Card™ deck will require the child to drag and drop a hand to the 3 pictures that fit the descriptive word presented. The hands will only stick to the correct pictures so it is self teaching. There are 35 cards in this deck!
With this bundle you have the best of both worlds! A fun language game that you can use in session with your students and an internet resource that you can use online or assign for homework!
