Are students ready for 5th grade math? This list of skills and concepts will help teachers, parents, and students determine what to practice to be prepared for fifth grade.

This guide could be used by 4th grade teachers at the end of the year, sent home with students over the summer, or used by 5th grade teachers at the beginning of the year.

Of course many skills are important to success in 5th grade, but this checklist will help you determine some major concepts to focus your energy and prepare your students with the limited time you have!
