In this pack it will also include how to use this assessment, and will walk you through each skill, and how to assess.

You will also create a binder to use during the assessment. I print off all 12 pages of Assessment Sheets. I then put each of the pages in page protectors in the binder in order of the way I am going to assess. I assess, Math, Phonics, Phonemic Awareness, so that is how I load the binder.
