Description
This interactive, self-correcting game will motivate your students to learn math! Students practice the skills needed before rounding. They will identify the halfway number between 2 given tens or 2 given hundreds. They will also identify the 2 tens or 2 hundreds on either side of a given number. Don’t just teach a formula, but ensure they have conceptual understanding of what it means to round! As the play, they will be searching for the Cape buffalo. In addition to practicing pre-rounding skills while playing this game, students will learn Swahili words and facts about the Cape buffalo.
This is perfect for distance learning! It is played on google slides or in PowerPoint.
