Points, Lines, Planes, & Angles (Geometry Basics) | True or False Activity
What educators are saying
Description
Students will correctly name, identify, and recognize relationships with points, lines, segments, rays, planes, and angles with this “Red Card/Green Card” Activity. Students must be familiar with correct notation and be able to analyze statements and diagrams to choose the best answer.
If the statement is true, students hold up a green card. If the statement is false, students hold up a red card. Students may check their answer by clicking the green check or red X. If it’s correct, it will applause. If incorrect, a buzzer will sound. There are 70 questions total. Use all at once, or break it up and use it multiple times as review, a warm-up, exit ticket, etc.!
This activity was designed for a high school level geometry class. It works perfect in conjunction with my Geometry Basics Unit!
