Review important poetry terms in a fun format. This Jeopardy-style game features 31 questions/answers: six categories of five questions plus a final round question. Everything is fully editable if you need to make any changes.
Terms covered: Assonance, Alliteration, Anaphora, Blank verse, Caesura, Carpe Diem poetry, Consonance, Couplet, Enjambment, Epic poem, Eye Rhyme, Foot (or Feet), Free verse, Haiku, Hyperbole, Iambic Pentameter, Imagery, Irony, Lines, Meter, Onomatopoeia, Paradox, Personification, Quatrain, Rhyme, Rhythm, Simile, Sonnet, Stanzas/Verses, and Synecdoche.
Formats included are: Microsoft Powerpoint, iWork Keynote (Mac-only), Quicktime Movie, and Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF).
