This unit is perfect for National Poetry Month in April. Poetry Picnic is packed with resources to help your students make a paper bag style book filled with their one-of-a-kind poems. Included in this 85 page unit you will find poetry posters to introduce sound devices, poetic devices, and poetry styles. You will also find all of the resources needed to assist your students in creating their Poetry Picnic Books that will include five different poems (of our choice).
