Description

Parts of a Plants and Plant Growth - fun and engaging supplemental resources for your Plant Unit. Vocabulary cards, assessments, tons of activities, an exciting "Scoot!" game, posters, plus interactive notebook pages!

Vocabulary Cards – use as a word wall, matching game, sorting activity, "Quiz, Quiz, Trade" game, or flashcards. The cards include 30 vocabulary terms, a brief description or definition, a visual representation, or both.

Terms include: root, seed, stem, flower, pollen, pistil, stamen, ovary, leaf, sepal, petal, stigma, dormancy, spore, chlorophyll, reproduce, pollination, photosynthesis, sugar, adaptation, oxygen, habitat, community, ecosystem, niche, plant cycle, animal, plant, carbon dioxide and organism.

Plants Assessment- 2 vocabulary quizzes- combine together for one assessment, or give as 2 smaller assessments.

**The quizzes have simplified language to support ELLs, SPED and SPL students.**
