Description

Students explore pollination and angiosperm reproduction by looking at real flowers, playing online games, reading stories, drawing and more. As a brain break, students also have a run-around scavenger hunt to review previous plant information.

This lesson may take 2-3 class periods, depending on how long your class periods are. I did this in 2 90 minute periods. That being said, there are additional relevant do-nows, hooks etc. included at the end so you can rearrange each day as you like.

Objectives:
I will be able to explain the role pollinators play in plant reproduction.
I will be able to describe the functions of the male and female reproductive parts of a flower (angiosperm).
I will be able to predict what would happen if parts of a flower were damaged or missing.
