Description

Planets are a wonderful topic to research, and an instant engaging activity for students!

This product provides you and your students several components for a planet research project. Students first have the opportunity take notes using a "Boxes and Bullets" format. There are then two different options for students to complete a visual aid project: templates for an "Expert Book" or a planet lap book. There is also student checklist, as well as three different rubrics.

This resource could be used in conjunction with a Lucy Calkins non-fiction reading unit, or as a stand-alone science research project.

However you use this product, I believe you and your students will think this resource is out of this world!!!!
