Description
Students will apply their place value skills to research two U.S. states using Ducksters website @ https://www.ducksters.com/geography/usgeography.php. Students will have to record the state population in standard form, expanded form, and word form. They will be asked to also round the state population to the hundred thousands and the thousands place. Then, students will compare the populations of two states using <, >, and =. They will have to add and subtract both state populations. Finally, students will design a poster about one of their states using specified requirements!
