You will love these books because you will be able to use them with all your students, regardless of ability. Non-verbal children or children with complex needs should have the same opportunities to actively engage in the same reading activities as their peers. With some modifications and support, these students can be successful at demonstrating their learning with purpose and understanding. These readers are modified in such a way that any child can use them. Children demonstrate mastery by moving the words and do not need to be verbal to participate. Children with complex needs, using eye gaze to communicate, can also participate with adult assistance and demonstrate knowledge they may otherwise not have the opportunity to do so.

Although the centers and books take a bit to print and put together, you will love them because once made up, you will have them for years to come, saving you time and money. The math centers are intended to be printed, laminated and put in baggies or containers for quick and easy set up. The books are intended to print, laminate and bind together. Once you have made and laminated your books, store them in bins or add them to your library.

    Here’s what teachers have said:

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kayla D says “I loved these interactive books! My preschoolers created their own booklets and then we hosted a family event with families making and taking their own small pizzas. Children helped set up the materials and thought it would be a good idea for the pages in the story to be placed around the different steps of creating pizzas.”

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A.C. says, “Love the different levels of instruction!”

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Leah B. says “Wow - this is amazing! You did so much work on these that my job was easy! Thank you! My kiddos loved the books and I loved being able to differentiate for their reading and learning levels so completely!”

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lindsey S. says, “Awesome supplement for the sociodramatic play center pizzeria I just put in my classroom! Keeps the other students involved while some get to be in the center”

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amanda S. says, “I did one of the activities with my students the other day when my supervisor came to observe (I'm student teaching right now) and both my student and my supervisor LOVED it. I have never seen that math group be so engaged and well behaved. It was great! We did make pizzas the next day too!.”

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lauren H. says, “Fantastic math activities for me to place in math centers!!”
