Phonics Screener (Complete Administration Package)

This phonics screener is the result of years of coaching and title experience, bringing you a comprehensive assessment so that you can dig deeper with your struggling reader to understand where it is that they break down on their journey as a reader.

Included in this package is:
-A thorough protocol and analysis sheet which includes room for multiple attempts to be recorded, discontinue numbers (listed in parenthesis...you would discontinue administration of the screener at this part if the student struggles), room for notes and observations, and skills that can be circled in order to easily identify what specific skills are a priority for instruction.
-Administration pages for the teacher to successfully administer the assessment (this also allows for consistency within schools so that the assessment provides comparable data) and room to record multiple attempts with detail.
-Student pages that can be copied to place in front of the student when administering (consider putting these in a clear sheet and reusing).
-Administration Norms instructions to calibrate your assessment administration.
