Phonics Games: Dog Word Building Short Vowel Words with Blends Digital Game
Description
Your students are going to love building short vowel words with blends in this fun, interactive dog game! To play, students will look at the picture of a word with a consonant blend and click the correct sounds to spell the word. Patterns included are CVCC and CCVC words. When right answers are clicked, the dog will bark and the letter will move to the sound boxes. When the word is complete the dog will bark and run around. When an incorrect sound is clicked the letter will bounce away with a wrong answer sound.
Bonus! This includes 2 movement slides for a little break between practicing and provides an option for differentiation-students can choose to play the whole game or half with a “Do you want to keep playing?” slide.
