Description
These phonics bell ringers are designed to introduce or review the different spelling patterns and sound types to older struggling readers. These can be used as a quick independent task at the start of class, or they can be used as a catalyst for a longer lesson or discussion. There are 6 weeks worth of bell ringers broken down into 5 weeks of phonics/ spelling patterns and 1 week of review. For each spelling pattern there are 4 activities. I use them Monday-Thursday (I have a fun bell ringer on fridays). I have also included a bonus SEL bell ringer!!
