Philosophical Chairs is an engaging AVID and best practice strategy, where students challenge peers’ thinking by using respectful dialogue, evidence for claims, prior knowledge, logical reasoning, and persuasion. This includes everything you need to host Philosophical Chairs in your classroom. It can be used over and over again for all topics and in all subjects.
