What educators are saying

This bingo activity is a great way to review before a formal assessment. This resource is complete including moons to use as bingo chips. I laminated both the cards and the moon cards.
Phases of the moon is a hard concept to understand. I just found this resource and haven’t used it yet, but it looks like it is exactly what I was looking for and can’t wait to try it this year!

This is also part of my Moon Phases BUNDLE!

Moon phases can be a difficult topic for students (and anyone)! Activities such as this BINGO game and my Moon Phases Hidden Message Scavenger Hunt, provide students with fun ways to learn important information about the moon and its phases (as seen in the Northern Hemisphere). When finished with the game, students will have a great notes sheet to keep for studying and future use.

*Please note: The notes are the same in both the BINGO game and scavenger hunt, so students will be exposed to the same information. I believe this aids in comprehension and retention.

The information students will learn while completing this activity will be great for supporting your teaching on the moon phases (it is intended as practice)! Enjoy!
