Pet Snail Sculptures Art Lesson

In this lesson, students will learn a few facts about snails, listen to a read-aloud about snails, mix colors, and create a snail sculpture. Art terms that students will learn in this lesson are: shape, form, primary, and secondary colors. This lesson is a huge hit with my kindergarten students every year! I complete this lesson with my kindergarten students in one 45 minute class period.
