Peer Evaluation Form - Primary and Lower Elementary Montessori Environment

This Peer Evaluation form can be used to help Montessori Teachers assess the areas of strength or concern in their environments through feedback given by their peers. This form covers the following areas: classroom environment, classroom management and instruction, Curriculum, and Plans and Systems, and can be used as a tool to guide both beginning and advanced teachers in pinpointing the ways they can improve the effectiveness of their Montessori Environments. There is also space for peer evaluators to reflect on areas of strength and concern, as well as an action plan section that can be used by the evaluating teacher, classroom teacher OR by school administration to help focus plans for improvement.
