Are your parents asking "how can I help my child with reading"? This is the perfect tool that will do just that and more.
I created this "Parent Bookmark" as a resource for my parents when reading with their child at home. Typically I have shared this resource at Open House Night or Parent/ Teacher Conferences. The feedback that I have received back from parents has been overwhelmingly positive. Many parents stated that this tool has become part of their home reading routine.
This "Parent Bookmark" includes the following:
* read TO your child tips
* read BY your child tips
* read WITH your child tips
* before, during and after reading questions
This resource prints on legal size paper (8.5x14). I will usually cut construction paper to size and print on colorful paper. The bookmark has a front and backside.
