Description

With this STEM STEAM art challenge, children are encouraged to think outside the “paper tube,” and craft something new. Use at your classroom makerspace or as a family homework project for Earth Day while learning about trash and recycling during a unit for preschool, kindergarten, first grade or second grade. Children will learn that upcycling and repurposing an object, is not only fun and useful, but a really great thing to do for our environment.

This STEM STEAM challenge series was designed to encourage creativity and innovation using everyday materials. Use different projects across grade levels and create an Upcycle Museum for Earth Day!
