Description
This product has 32 different subtraction problems in total. Students will be able to practice subtracting a 3 digit by a 3 digit number with regrouping. Each star side has 8 problems, with a total of 4 star sides. I recommend you give students time to solve the problems first, check their work and then they color and build their 3-D star or ornament. They would use both worksheets or 4 star sides to build their 3-D star. I have provided the answer keys for you. I like to post the answer key somewhere in the room and when students are done solving the problems they go check and correct their work on their own but you could also display the answer keys on the projector and go over the problems together. Please see my step by step YouTube video for building the 3-D star or you can play the video for the class once they are ready to build. I hope you enjoy this activity and have some time to leave a review, it helps my store tremendously. Thank you for the support!

Dreading indoor recess?
Recess is so important for students, we all need a little brain break. I love taking my students outside for recess but sometimes it rains or it’s too windy. So we have to bring recess indoors, I love having stations for indoor recess. It’s a bit more organized and not as loud. Read more in my blog: “10 Indoor Recess Ideas.”
