Description
The Pack of Positivity has been designed in line with Martin Seligman's (psychologist, educator and positive psychology champion) framework for wellbeing. His approach to wellbeing recognises 6 key pillars in supporting one to live life that moves from a space of surviving to flourishing and thriving. These pillars are remembered through the acronym: PERMA(H).
This acronym stands for:
- Positive Emotions
- Engagement
- Relationships
- Meaning
- Accomplishments
- Health
Each set within the Pack of Positivity aligns to this framework. Each set includes activities to be completed either:
- in the classroom
- across the school
- with teachers
