PLC Agenda with PDCAR Format

To lead our Professional Learning Communities to a more data team focused format, I have created a agenda in a word document with the format protected. This format combines the work of a Professional Learning Community with the Plan-Do-Check-Act-Reflect Model. The format guides your PLCs to focus on the data to drive the instruction in the classroom. This aligns perfectly with a Understanding by Design format, as well. The agenda can document the work over a 5-8 week cycle focusing on a problem of practice identified from the analysis of student data.
