Description

This is an awesome resource for PE Teachers who want a visual aid to give their students while teaching jump rope tricks.

If you want to save some money, you might want to consider purchasing this product in my Value Pack Bundle along with my Follow the Leader Videos at the link below:

Jump Rope Tricks in PE: Follow the Leader Videos and Animated GIF Value Pack

There are 2 main download categories in this pack:

Powerpoint Presentation of Animated GIFs

- There are 3 presentation files (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced)

- There is a slide with each trick so you can progress as you teach students each trick and have them displayed on the screen for students to review while learning the trick

- There is also a “summary slide” section at the end with all the tricks on just a few slides that you can use as an easy way to review multiple tricks if you’d like.

Animated GIF Looping Video (loops the tricks for 5 minutes)

- There are 4 Looping GIF Videos (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced and All tricks combined)

- After teaching the tricks to students during lesson 1, I use this the following lessons as a review tool. I simply let it play on the screen in the gym and allow students to have 5 minutes to work on the tricks of their choice - it’s really nice because it will loop through all the tricks so students can just go up and wait on the trick they are working on to pop up.

Please check out the Preview Video to see a walk though of the resource

Since getting a screen in my teaching space, I’ve found this resource to be an extremely useful tool, it saves me time by allowing me to give feedback to students or get one-on-one with kids instead of constantly leading the class (which is what I did for the first 8 years that I taught, before I got a screen).

I’ve also realized that it’s super helpful for the students to have a constant visual to look at if they have any questions, instead of waiting on me to get done helping someone, they can simply look at the TV and see a quick demonstration of the trick they had a question about.

Hope it's as helpful for you as it has been for me - Enjoy!
