    Looking for a simple, fun and easy way to incorporate fitness into your Physical Education Curriculum? These component of fitness task cards would go great with any fitness program you are running or just looking for a way to get your kids active without that much explanation. Each task card comes complete with a description.

    This resource incorporates exercises and movements from the 4 main components of physical fitness: 1. cardiovascular endurance 2. muscular strength 3. muscular endurance and 4. flexibility.

    This product comes in an editable PPT format and high quality PDF as well so you can edit if you want to add or modify to suit your group.

    In this resource you get you 48 Fitness Circuit Task Cards:

    - 12 Muscular Endurance Task Cards

    - 12 Muscular Strength Task Cards

    - 12 Cardio Endurance Task Cards

    - 12 Balance Task Cards

    Depending on your age level, I would recommend starting with 4 circuits and gradually working up from there. You know your class better than anyone, but I generally go with the 1 minute on, 30 second rest routine and then rotate. I would then do 3 “laps” of that circuit. I have included descriptions with each card. Remember to go at your own pace and have fun with it. Students also love a challenge.
