Outside School Care Planning, Reflection and Recording Documents - OSHC & VacCare

Outside School Care or School Aged Care Centres as part of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standard (NQS) are to be keeping records of planning and reflections of activities with children and decision making in the centre.

This package contains 25 different easy to use documents that can be used by Educators to plan their activities, develop themes for learning experiences, and reflect on the activities and events. There are documents to collect reflections from staff and even from children involved in an activity. There are additional documents of centre procedures like Staff Meeting, Petty Cash and Child Birthdays. A Special Events Calendar provides a reference for planning learning activities and outcomes around relevant events to connect children to their world.

The documents allow Directors and Educators to reference the My Place, Our Time Framework for School Age Care (MTOP) and National Quality Standard (NQS). They are also useful to Educators and Teachers in the Early Childhood Learning environment who are using the Belonging, Being and Becoming : The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia (EYLF) to plan and record reflections. The MTOP, NQS and EYLF outcome stickers available in our store can be used to attach and save documentation time.
