This assessment package covers 10 phonics skills addressed in the Orton Gillingham method of teaching phonics! There are 4 word lists for each skill. This resource helps you easily collect data over time for students working on specific phonics skills including:

- consonant blends

- consonant digraphs

- r- controlled vowels

- vowel digraphs

- diphthongs

Both teacher scoring sheet and student resource are included. This is ideal for general education progress monitoring, general screening of phonics skills, or IEP progress monitoring. Skills align with general education early literacy phonics skill instruction and special education programs including: Fundations, Wilson, SIPPS, and Orton Gillingham.
