Description
This Orton-Gillingham based bundle includes 34 versions of the Uh-Oh! card game. Each card in the game has a sentence featuring words a with specific word concept. Students can read as many cards as they dare on their turn but if they get a lightning card they lose all of their cards for that turn. Kids love to play this game and it helps build up their reading fluency at the sentence level. It contains games with words featuring the following concepts: cvc, cvce (available as a freebie), y as a vowel, primer hfw, first grade hfw, second grade hfw, ai/ay, ee/ea, ou/ow, vc/cv, sh/ch/wh/th, ccvc, cvcc, ccvcc, r-controlled, -ed, oi/oy, contractions, FLoSS words, consonant + le, au/aw, v/cv (open), igh/ie (long i), ow/oe, oa (long o) , ng/nk, a-e (as in game), i-e (as in pine) , o-e (as in home) , closed syllable exception (ild, old, ind, ost, oll, olt) and cvc short a, short i, short o, short u and short e.
