PARTS OF SPEECH WORD SORT: In this activity, students will work in pairs to discuss and sort words into categories (common noun, proper noun, adjective, adverb, compound word, article, verb, and adverb. They'll also complete the color by code sheet!

PARTNER DISCUSSION: In this activity, students work with partners to discuss endangered species. This discussion helps them build their opinions!

OPINION WRITING AND PAMPHLET: Students will work independently to create an opinion writing piece supported with reasons and an illustration. Then, students will make a foldable pamphlet to highlight he most important information they would like to share.
