Body Movement Exploration Unit Activity and Assessment Dance Task

This dance activity allows grade two and three students to explore the Ontario arts curriculum’s elements of dance, which are body, space, relationships, energy, and timing through various body movements, understand dance concepts, and encourages collaboration and creativity through group dance creation and performance.
